Damaged

I have multiple bottles and love them. The product is wonderful but the bottle came damaged with a dent on the bottom. Edit- I returned the Owala and received a new one. They packaged in a box with the proper padding. It came in perfect! I changed my review from one star to 5, since it was a packaging and delivery issue, and not a product issue.

The perfect water bottle!

This are elite water bottles! If you’re on the fence, definitely do it. They have the straw option or the open option to drink if you want to chug. I got the 24oz and it’s the perfect size for cup holders. I also love the gray color! It’s really subdued compared to a lot of the other colors, but I like it. I usually put about 1/3 full of ice and then fill the rest with water before bed and in the morning there’s still ice in it! Easy to clean and no spillage. Love it!!
